About Rope Chef
Food items dangle from ropes over a pot, and your finger is the knife. Timing each cut so an item swings, bounces or drifts into the pot, following the sequence printed on the recipe card, is the whole puzzle.
A correct sequence means the dish is served. Slip up, and Nibbs, the steamed-bun chef, faints with great drama. The 50 short levels visit 14 cuisines, starting with Singapore hawker food and ranging across Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
New worlds add twists such as bounce pads, bubbles to pop, fans, a moving pot, a hot pan, portals, conveyor belts, flippers, wind, burning ropes and slippery ice. You can earn up to three stars per dish, use a ghost line to preview a swing, and skip a dish if you are stuck.
