Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use Easy Free Games. The short version: we do not collect personal data ourselves, but the game providers whose games we embed may.

What we collect

Easy Free Games has no accounts, sign-ups, comments or contact forms, and we do not run advertising or social media scripts of our own. Your light/dark theme, language and cookie choices are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device only.

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, but only with your consent: its cookies are set only after you choose Accept. It then collects usage statistics such as the pages you view and the games you start, your approximate location (country or city; Google does not store IP addresses in Google Analytics 4) and your device, browser and screen size. Google keeps this data for 2 months, the default retention period. If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set; Google may still receive basic signals without cookies that do not identify you. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. See Google's privacy policy for how Google uses this data.

Hosting

The server that delivers our pages may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to profile visitors.

Third-party game providers, ads and cookies

Games on Easy Free Games are supplied and run by third-party game distributors:

  • GamePix (gamepix.com)
  • GameDistribution (gamedistribution.com)
  • GameMonetize (gamemonetize.com)

When you press Play, the game loads in a frame from that provider's servers. The provider and its advertising partners may show ads before or during the game and may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies inside that frame - for example to measure ad views, limit how often you see an ad, or personalize ads where the law allows. This processing is controlled by the provider under its own privacy policy, and where required the provider will ask for your consent inside the game. Nothing is loaded from a game provider's game servers until you press Play; game thumbnails on our pages are loaded from the providers' image servers.

Some links (for example to our own studio games) open other websites that have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers can block third-party cookies entirely. Games will still work, although some may not remember your progress and ads may be less relevant.

Children

Easy Free Games is a general-audience website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
