About Crumple Rumble
Everything in this fighting game looks scribbled on notebook paper. Five doodle fighters are on the roster. Strings of punches and kicks make combos, pencils, staffs and pipes can be picked up as weapons, and a filling power bar lets you trigger a special attack.
The endings are the joke. Once a rival gets dizzy, you get to choose the closing blow, and the result is a gag: the loser might be flattened, turned into a paper plane, inflated like a balloon or rubbed out, among other endings. Modes include an Arcade ladder with four rivals and a boss, a Daily Challenge with a new twist, endless Survival, and a 2 Players mode.
Crumple Rumble also has daily missions, a rank ladder and ten ink colors for your fighter. Four paper arenas change the rules, and a floating switch turns any of them to a dark, low-gravity version.
How to play Crumple Rumble
- Pick one of the five fighters.
- Chain punches and kicks, and pick up weapons from the arena.
- Build the power bar and use your special move.
- Finish a dizzy rival with a last hit.
- Try a mode: Arcade, Daily Challenge, Survival or 2 Players.
